Diagnosis
The table is locked for maintenance with the standard table maintenance. It can only be maintained in context with other tables by means of a special maintenance transaction.

Please ask your system administrator which transactions you can use to maintain the table.
Note
If your system is indicated as a SAP system, then maintenance is still possible.
