Diagnosis

A movement change made it necessary to adjust the related services.
The service from to would have to be adjusted as a result of the movement change.
Unfortunately, this service cannot be adjusted automatically. Adjustment must be carried out manually by the person responsible.

Examples

Movement changes that can result in this message being issued and may require the service to be adjusted:

• The dicharge date is brought forward and the start date of a service to be adjusted occurs after the new discharge date.
• The serivce was adjusted manually and the discharge date now occurs before the end date of the service.
• The admission date was set so far in the future or the past that existing service intervals occur outside of the admission movement.

System Response

The corresponding service is not adjusted automatically!

Procedure

Please branch into the service entry function, and check the start and end date or the corresponding organizational units for the specified service.
This manual adjustment is necessary since the case cannot be billed if a service interval is missing.
