Diagnosis
Following completion of settlement accounting with respect to arrangement no. , the system was unable to change the status of the condition records to "settled" due to a database error.
System Response
As a rule, database errors are attributable to serious hardware faults or software errors. The settlement program was therefore terminated.
Procedure
Please contact your system administrator immediately. Inform the latter that the identification number of the error which occurs during the updating of the data records is .
