Diagnosis

The system was unable to find the database entry VBUK for billing document .

The entry is needed to check whether the billing document was forwarded to the Accounts Department, that is to say, whether the statistics for the income from periodic interim settlements are up to date.

System Response

Settlement accounting has not been carried out for rebate arrangement because the system is unable to determine the income from the periodic interim settlements.
