Diagnosis
The reversal billing document has not yet been released to Financial Accounting. In this case, the cancelled billing document must likewise not yet have been released to Financial Accounting.
Billing document no longer exists in the system.

Either the document has been archived or a program error occurred. Contact your system administrator.
