Diagnosis

No calculation schema (settlement schema) has been assigned to condition granter belonging to purchasing organization or to rebate arrangement type .

Procedure

Assign a settlement schema. You can assign the schema direct to the settlement type or to individual vendors per purchasing organization.

  1. Assign settlement type in Customizing

    Define rebate arrangement types for subsequent settlement

  1. Assign settlement type to vendor/purchasing organization
    1. Determine the schema group of vendor for purchasing organization (Purchasing view).
      2. Display vendor: Purchasing initial screen

  1. Determine the schema group of purchasing organization .
    2. Determine schema group (sub-point Assignment of Schema Group to Purchasing Organization)

  1. Assign the settlement schema to the schema group of the vendor and the schema group of the purchasing organization.
    2. Set up condition technique for subsequent settlement (sub-point Schema Determination for End-of-Period Rebate Settlement
