Diagnosis
The data on the sales area (sales organization, distribution channel, division) of plant & have only been partly maintained or have not been maintained at all.
System Response
The billing document cannot be created at plant level.
Procedure (system administrator)
Maintain the data for plant & and carry out settlement accounting for the rebate arrangement again.
