Some purchase requisition items were not transferred

Diagnosis
Some of the purchase requisition items were not transferred to the collective processing of purchase requisitions. This could be for any of the following reasons:
- A purchase order has already been created for the selected purchase requisition item
- A contract exists for the selected purchase requisition item
- A scheduling agreement exists for the selected purchase requisition item
- A service entry sheet exists for the selected purchase requisition item
System Response
The collective processing of purchase requisitions only processes purchase requisition items without assignments.
Procedure
Select only purchase requisition items without assignments.
