Diagnosis

You wanted to maintain consumption values. However, this is not possible in the following cases:

  • When scheduling the creation or changing of a material
  • If you have not specified a plant
  • If the material is configurable and you have not set quantity updating for the material type of the material and for the plant (see below)

Check and extend your data as required.

You can set quantity updating in Material Master Customizing under Material -> Control Data -> Define attributes of material types.
