Procedure
You can only maintain a maximum of 20 subcriteria per main criterion.
To specify more than 20 subcriteria for a main criterion, you must define another main criterion, to which another 20 subcriteria can be assigned.
Examples
For example, to have more than 20 subcriteria for the main criterion "Service", you can define a main criteria "Service 1" and another main criterion "Service 2". This gives you a maximum of 40 subcriteria for "Service".
