No purchasing_info_record exists in the system for the material and vendor you have chosen.
This means:
- you have not manually maintained the info record,
- you have not created a PO for this material for this vendor,
- there is no outline purchase agreement with the vendor for this material.
Procedure
If you want to maintain an evaluation for this material, you must first create a purchasing info record for the material with the vendor.
