Diagnosis

You tried to create a process batch with reference to an input batch in the Goods issues area (screen 8490 Mill: GI screen).

However, the material of the component of the production order doesnot require batch management. Therefore an input batch that was previously defined as the preceding batch for the process batch cannot exist for the goods issue line.

System Response

The system does not assign this goods issue item to the process batch as the preceding batch.

Procedure

Select another goods issue line.
