Diagnosis

The field Number of open TO items in the storage unit does not correspond exactly to the actual TO items found. There could be several reasons for this.

• Another user has just completed a confirmation process.
• The transfer order is intended for the two-step confirmation and the first confirmation step (withdrawal) is already completed.
• The system tries to confirm the withdrawal again.
• The system tries to confirm withdrawal and transfer in one step.
• There is a data inconsistency in field LEIN-AOFTA (number of open TO items.

Procedure

If another user has completed a confirmation process, it will be sufficient if you simply restart the transaction.
