Diagnosis
You are attempting to paste an item from the clipboard. However, you have not yet copied the item into the clipboard.
System Response
The function cannot be executed.
Procedure
First copy into the clipboard one of the items entered under a new designation.
Then position the cursor on the line before which you want to insert the item, and choose Paste again.
