Diagnosis
You have entered a controlling area that is not the same as that of the higher-level CO product group.
System Response
All product groups in a product group hierarchy must be assigned to the same controlling area.
Procedure
Delete your entry for the controlling area. The system will then use the controlling area of the higher-level CO product group.
