Diagnosis
For consistency all the data to be transported has to be locked. Locking is not possible in this case, because user is locking Table .
System Response
The system can only carry out the function you selected if all the data needed can be locked.
Procedure
Wait until user has finished working in the table, or ask that user to leave it.
