Diagnosis
You are attempting to reset master data (cost centers, activity types) that was generated for testing in controlling area .
However, transaction data still exists in controlling area : ().
You can only reset master data if no transaction data exists.
Procedure
If you do not need the test data in controlling area , first reset the transaction data.
