The CO transaction data for CCode & is defined in different CO areas

Diagnosis

You want to delete the transaction data for company . Controlling area is assigned to company code . The CO transaction data check found that data from company code had been transferred to at least one other controlling area.

This situation occurs if the assignment between company code and controlling area is changed. In this case, company code was previously assigned to another controlling area and during this time FI data was transferred to CO.

System Response

The CO transaction data from company code in the controlling area named above cannot be deleted as well.

Procedure

If you need to delete all the CO transaction data in company code , you must also delete all the CO transaction data in the other controlling area. Contact your SAP consultant if necessary.
