CO area & contains data from productive company codes not assigned to it

Diagnosis
The transaction data posted from company code to CO is defined in controlling area . A total of company codes are assigned to the controlling area .
In addition, controlling area contains transaction data from other productive company codes that are not assigned to the controlling area.
It is therefore not possible to delete the transaction data in controlling area using the standard tools.
Procedure
Contact your system manager or SAP consultant to solve the problem.
