Diagnosis
All cost object IDs in a cost object hierarchy must have the same variance key.
You entered a new variance key for this cost object ID, but specified that the lower-level cost object IDs in the hierarchy were not to be changed.
System Response
The system cancelled the new entry and reset the variance key to the original value.
