Error downloading file & -> Print not possible

Diagnosis
File could not be downloaded to the PC. This can have a number of different causes.
In this case it is error . The following errors are possible:
- File could not be opened.
- Error when writing to file
- Other errors

Procedure
Check whether you have entered a valid file name. The file name must be valid for the operating system of the presentation server.
Check whether you are processing the file in another mode or in another application. If so, exit the corresponding processing.
