Diagnosis
Form used in report has been changed. To as greater degree as possible, the reports affected are automatically adjusted. However, in this case the change requires you to change the report as well.
System Response
The report cannot be run until you have carried out the 'Change' function and saved.
Procedure
Using the function 'Change', make all the necessary entries and then save the report.
