Diagnosis
System Response
Queue communication could not be performed correctly.
Procedure
To find the cause, check the system log and dump analysis in the target system for entries generated by the user under whose name communication was carried out. You can do this under System -> Services -> Queue or via the implementation guidelines.
Possible causes could be:
- The combination of client, user and password is incorrect.
- The user was not created as a CPIC user.
- The transfer structure (sender program) in the target system has not been maintained (RECEIVE error 18).
