You can make the following settings for this message F2 578:

  • 'I' / '-': The customer data is transferred for the mandate sender and this message is then either displayed or not displayed.
  • 'E': The customer data is not transferred for the mandate sender and this message is not displayed afterwards.
  • 'W': Whether the customer data is transferred for the mandate sender is decided interactively by answering a question.
