Diagnosis

One or more of the following situations occurred:

You have deleted the following e-mail addresses:
However, the deleted e-mail addresses are still used in the following company codes used for sending XML payment advices:

System Response

If you save the data, the system will delete or change the respective e-mail addresses.

If you delete or change these e-mail addresses, you will need to edit the company code data of the vendor.

You can define when this system message is to be issued in accordance with your requirements.

You do this in Customizing as follows: Cross-Application Components -> Bank Directory -> Change Message Control.
