Diagnosis
You do not have the authorization to display the reference customer for the reference sales area specified. In particular, you are not authorized to use this customer as a reference customer with the sales area specified.
Reason: the reference customer is allocated to an authorization group.
Procedure
Get in contact with the person responsible for assigning authorizations if you need this authorization.
