Diagnosis

If you want to exchange data with a customer or vendor via EDI, then they must agree to be an EDI partner. This agreement does not yet exist for the account.

Create the agreement as being an EDI partner for the account. If you have just changed a customer or vendor who already exists, you can carry this out immediately.

Proceed

Otherwise define the EDI partner profile after you have created the customer or vendor.
