Diagnosis
An error has occurred in function module 'JOB_CLOSE'. This error is probably linked to authorization object S_BTCH_JOB, which has no 'RELE' authorization (required, for example, to schedule a dunning run).
Procedure
Contact your system administrator, who will assign you the aforementioned authorization.
