Segment type & is already used in one extension

Diagnosis
The segment type is already being used in an extension, which was combined with a predecessor of the basic type . If the basic type were combined with the extension, the segment type would occur twice since it would be contained in both the basic type and the extension. However, a segment type can only occur once in an IDoc type.
