No segment types in the clipboard

Diagnosis
No segment types can be inserted since the clipboard is empty. This may be the result of previously changing or creating segment types. Segment types also cannot be inserted twice in order to prevent a double occurrence of a segment type in an Intermediate Document type.

Procedure
Cut a branch or a segment type. You can then insert these objects.
