Procedure
The external processing data is used to create a purchase requisition when using a task list in an order. You must therefore enter one of the following entry combinations:
Combination 1:
- purchase order quantity
- purchase order quantity unit
- net price
- net price currency
- number of units for which the price is valid
- cost element
- material group
- purchasing group
Combination 2:
- purchase order quantity
- purchase order quantity unit
- purchasing info record number
