Diagnosis
A serial number profile with a serial number requirement has been entered in the material master record. The system cannot automatically determine the serial numbers in backflushing.
System Response
Procedure
Check whether the material is really to be backflushed. Adjust the serial number profile in such a way that the use of serial numbers is not compulsory during the serialization operation MMSL.
