Diagnosis
You have assigned a maintenance strategy to the general task list, but this strategy does not contain any maintenance packages.
This does not make sense, as the packages of a strategy should be assigned to an operation.
Example
- Operation 0010: Every 3 months
- Operation 0020: Yearly
- Operation 0030: Monthly

Procedure
Delete the maintenance strategy without packages in the task list header, and if necessary, specify another strategy with packages.
