  • cFolders is not version 1.1 or higher or
  • Other system failure.

Procedure

  • Check authorizations of user in cFolders and backend system. Allow call of RFC Functions.
  • Verify that cFolders is version is 1.1 or higher.
  • Attempt to recreate the action that caused the error and create an OSS message.
