Diagnosis

A long text exists for the BOM item in the backend system.

Customizing for cFolders Backend Integration (transaction CFC01) stipulates that the item text, in other words long text and short text, is ignored during export and import.

System Response

Procedure

Change the settings in Customizing for cFolders Backend Integration so that long texts are taken into account. Note that this can result in the loss of long text formatting.
