Diagnosis
You are attempting to delete the production resource/tool by setting a deletion flag. However, this PRT is used in one or more task lists or <work_order>work orders.
System Response
When the deletion flag is set, production resources or tools cannot be reassigned to task lists or work orders.
The production resource/tool will be deleted during the next reorganization run, if it is no longer used in a task list or work order.
