You cannot delete - PRT has document allocations

Diagnosis
You are attempting to delete the production resource/tool. However, this PRT is allocated to at least one document. Therefore it cannot be deleted.
Procedure
You must first delete the documentation allocations for the production resource/tool. Then you can delete the PRT.
