Method &: Value type & cannot be used with task list type "&"

Diagnosis
Method has the value type . In Customizing for standard values it is specified that the value type calculated in the method is to be copied to the parameter ID and so into a general operation value.
At the moment you are processing the routing type in which the general operation value does not exist.
Procedure
Carry out the calculation for example with a method whose value type is copied into a general operation value existing in task list type .
