Diagnosis
The extractor was called up with selection options for which there is no data in the CPH.

Procedure
Selection options either have to be corrected (in the BW system, configuration of Infopackages), or the CPH has to be configured so thatthe data required in the selection options is collected there as well (in the CPH system, transaction RZ23N->Assign schema).
