Inconsistency for worklist &1 with status &2 (task &3)

Diagnosis
There is an inconsistency between the status of the worklist and the status of a processed task. The worklist has the status Successfully Processed, yet a task was returned with the status Incorrect.
System Response
The status of the worklist is set to Manual Processing Required.
Procedure
Make sure that the functions called in the tool of the logical services set the status of the worklist and the status of the tasks processed in the worklist consistently.
