Diagnosis
When you display worklists, the system selects by default the last twenty worklists accessed by the current user that do not have the status Successfully Processed or Incorrect.
System Response
The system issues an error message when it is not able to select the appropriate worklists.
Procedure
You can use the corresponding selection options to search for other worklists.
