Diagnosis
Business partner in contract will not be settled because it is locked in the CACS_SETTLE_LOCK table.
The entry is deleted from the contract in the next settlement run.
Procedure
Process the entries in the commission application under Tools -> Administration -> Current Settings -> Lock Occasional Agent.
