The value is entered in the Group Contract field although it is not possible to break down partnerships. In Customizing, no assignment has been made for entitlement category 6 (group) to the business object category and to business transaction category .
System Response
The commission case is incorrect and is set to pending.
Procedure
Assign entitlement category 6 (group) to business object category and business transaction category 3.
