Diagnosis
Base value splitting has been agreed between the participants / and /. However, participant / is a representative of a group (such as a partnership). Such participants are not remunerated directly. Instead, the members of the group are remunerated within an entitlement group.
With base value splitting, it is not possible to define the group members in relation to the remuneration of participant /.
System Response
The commission case is set to pending due to this error.
Procedure
Take steps to ensure that no base value splitting takes place between participants / and /:
- No base value splitting should be defined for participation .
- No hierarchical relationship should exist between participants / and / (field H-L Position of the relation).
