Diagnosis

While selecting objects for a worklist for object assignment the system has detected open assignment activities for the specified number of hits.

An assignment activity for an object is considered to be open under the following circumstances:

• The object participates in assignment instructions that have the status Open or Processed with Errors.
• The object is already selected elsewhere but without an assignment to a target object.
• An object may only exist in multiple open assignment activities in different assignment sets of the same assignment group.

System Response

Objects that have open assignment activities are excluded from the hitlist.

Procedure

If you process open assignments, the object becomes available again for new assignment activities. If any existing assignment activities are no longer valid, you can change or delete the corresponding worklists. On the initial screen of the user interface for managing object assignments you can search for the worklists for the objects in question using the input help With Configured Search Interface.
