The disbursable entitlement for receiver is to be scheduled within entitlement transfer based on the date specified in the transferring entitlement . However, the transferring entitlement has both settlement items and settlement schedule items.
System Response
The simultaneous occurrence of settlement items and settlement schedule items indicates that there are data inconsistencies. The transfer is flagged as faulty and is not posted.
