Check in the Implementation Guide (transaction CACSIMG) that the above activities have been carried out. If not, do them now. Choose the following activities in Customizing:

  1. Define object types: Incentive and Commission Management -> Application Administration -> Design Adjustment of Commission Application -> Change Subobject Types
  2. Translation: Incentive and Commission Management -> Application Administration -> Translation for Multilingual Usage (table TCACS_OBJTYPES_T)
  3. Define methods: Incentive and Commission Management -> Business Objects, Business Subobjects and Business Transactions -> Edit Methods for Subobject Types of a Commissions Application
