Diagnosis
SAP Incentives and Commission Management (ICM) is not active in the system, and therefore, cannot be used productively.
System Response
You can skip this message (warning) in non-productive systems. In productive systems, however, this message leads to an error.
Procedure
Get your system administration to check an activation of the ICM application.
Procedure for System Administration
If necessary, activate the ICM application using the implementation guide (IMG).
