Diagnosis
More than one standard remuneration clearing agreement was found for standard contract . However the system should only find one standard remuneration clearing agreement for each standard contract.
For reasons of downwards compatibility, the standard remuneration clearing agreement that is read first is executed.

Check the Customizing settings of Incentive and Commission Management under Basic and Master Data -> Standard Commission Contract -> Create Standard Contracts and Assign Standard Agreements.
