Diagnosis

You want to display the log for a commission document that does not have an up-to-date log. This may have two reasons: This is either a log that was written before Release 4.63, or it is a document type that only has its own logs from Release 4.64 onwards (closing document, flat-rates, closing document for guarantees or settlement document for payment).

System Response

The system does not display a log.

Procedure

If this is a document type that had its own log before Release 4.63, call up the old log display using the CACSLOG transaction.
